サービスの内容
tamaru は、Shopify ストアでポイントプログラムを運用するアプリです。ポイントの 残高は Shopify の store credit として記録され、引き当ては Shopify の checkout が 処理します。tamaru は残高を自前で保持しません。
料金
- 無料プラン — 無料。
- Basic — 月額 $29.9（14 日間の無料トライアル）。
注文数・顧客数・ポイントの発行額による追加課金はありません。上限もありません。
過去の購入実績からの初期付与（データ移行）は課金の対象に含めません。
料金を変更する場合、既存の契約は従前の料金のまま維持します。値上げを既存の契約に遡って適用することはありません。
解約
アプリを削除すれば Shopify のサブスクリプションは解約され、以後の請求は止まります。解約に当社への連絡は不要です。
データ保護（マーチャントとの取り決め）
マーチャントを個人データの管理者、当社を処理者として、次を約します。
- 指示の範囲内でのみ処理します。個人データはポイントの計算・付与・ 取り消し・ランク判定・紹介の判定にのみ使用し、他の目的に使用しません。
- 販売・共有しません。広告・分析のための第三者提供を行いません。
- 最小限のデータのみ処理します。顧客の氏名・メールアドレス・ 電話番号・住所を取得しません。
- 保存時および転送時に暗号化します。
- 削除要求に応じます。
customers/redactで顧客の識別子を不可逆な代替 ID に差し替え、shop/redactでストアのデータをすべて削除します。詳細はプライバシーポリシーに記載します。 - 再委託先は Cloudflare（実行基盤・データベース）のみです。
- 個人データの侵害を認識した場合、不当に遅滞なくマーチャントに通知します。
免責
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。当社の責任は、当該事象の発生前 12 か月間に マーチャントが当社に支払った金額を上限とします。

Terms of service (English)
tamaru runs a loyalty points program for Shopify stores. Balances are held as Shopify store credit and redeemed through Shopify checkout. tamaru does not hold balances itself.
Pricing
- Free plan — free.
- Basic — $29.9/month with a 14-day free trial.
No usage charges based on order count, customer count, or points issued. No caps.
Historical imports and back-dated point grants are never billed.
If pricing changes, existing subscriptions are grandfathered at their original price. Increases are never applied retroactively.
Cancellation
Uninstalling the app cancels the Shopify subscription and stops all future billing. No contact with us is required to cancel.
Data protection agreement
The merchant is the controller and we are the processor of personal data. We commit to:
- Processing only on documented instructions — personal data is used solely to calculate, award, and reverse points, evaluate tiers, and validate referrals.
- Never selling or sharing data. No advertising or analytics third parties.
- Data minimisation — we do not collect customer names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.
- Encryption at rest and in transit.
- Honouring deletion requests —
customers/redactreplaces the customer identifier with an irreversible surrogate;shop/redactdeletes all store data. See the privacy policy. - Sub-processors: Cloudflare only (hosting and database).
- Notifying the merchant without undue delay of any personal data breach.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us by the merchant in the 12 months preceding the event.
